Risel brings over 20 years of experience in the façade industry and is recognised as a highly accomplished technical leader with expertise spanning façade design, structural engineering, on-site inspection, waterproofing compliance, and glazing performance.
She has delivered a diverse portfolio of projects across Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, developing a deep and practical understanding of building envelope performance, façade systems, glazing behaviour, interface detailing, and construction delivery.
Risel works closely with architects, builders, and project managers to lead coordinated, high-performance project outcomes, ensuring design intent is effectively translated into robust, buildable, and compliant solutions.
She provides strategic technical leadership and direction across projects, guiding delivery teams and overseeing the broader CFSG team to ensure consistency, quality, and technical excellence at every stage.

Director
Chris is a Registered Engineer in Australia with over 20 years of experience in the façade industry. He brings extensive expertise across façade design, structural engineering, on-site installation, and glazing performance. His experience spans the Middle East, Asia, and other international markets, across a wide range of project typologies, working with both façade consultants and specialist contractors.
He has a strong track record in full project lifecycle delivery, from concept through to construction, combined with solid project management experience and a consistent focus on detail and performance in programme-driven environments. His expertise in façade glazing thermal performance is a key strength, supporting the delivery of high-performing and efficient building envelope solutions.
Chris provides clear, practical guidance to clients and installation teams, while leading the coordination and direction of secondary consultants. In his role, he contributes to the strategic and technical leadership of projects, ensuring integrated, buildable, and compliant façade outcomes. .
