Completed - Rhodes Central is a landmark mixed-use development at 34 Walker Street, Rhodes, forming part of a masterplanned precinct designed to transform the area into a vibrant residential and urban village community.

The project comprises two towers of 19 and 34 levels, delivering approximately 400 residential apartments alongside retail space, a leisure centre, childcare centre and basement parking. Façade elements were carefully reviewed and approved to support a high-quality building envelope, contributing to a contemporary precinct that balances residential living, community amenity and long-term urban renewal.
